I'm not sure you could use a port scanner in a storm.  You might get
electrocuted. 

With every flavor of coffee shop (so to speak) in the Uptown area, you'd
think there be SOMEONE who'd have this.  Howabout that place around 27th or
so and Hennepin?  I think they do the electronic coffee shop thing.
