TCWUG, As per the suggestion in this message about connecting to wap.voicestream.com I get connected to the Net via my T-Mobile account on my Mac. For a month I had had the $10/month for 2MB of data which I was able to gather was the "only way" you could get online with T-Mobile (at least what I could tell from talking to T-Mobile and their site). WAY too much for too little. I shut that off a while ago and after watching this thread I went back out to T-Mobile's site and signed up for the $3/1MB deal (free first month) to see if I could get online. What do you know! Works just like before except I'm not paying out the ass. Only difference, before I connected to internet2.voicestream.com instead of the wap.voicestream.com. In any case, T-Mobile either doesn't realize this or they enjoy reaping money from people how don't care to investigate a little. Thought I'd throw in my two cents. tim On Monday, April 14, 2003, at 02:07 PM, Scott Dier - dieman wrote: > On Mon, 14 Apr 2003, Nate Carlson wrote: > >>> I called last week and verified that I have the $2.99/meg addon.
