Disassemble it and look for an RF Choke (inductor) connected to the
"to radio" jack. There will also be capacitor that feeds the RF through
to the amp itself.

Depending on the construction, you may be able to lift one end of the
choke and inject 12V there. I'd recommend using a feed through
capacitor to get the 12V supply inside the case.

I'd be happy to wield the screwdriver & soldering iron if you'd like,
I'm guessing it'd take 30 mins at most.

I assume you know this will void FCC type approval etc etc etc
and you know about power limits etc etc.

Crack the case open and post some photos.
