Have you guys seen the list at http://www.makewirelesswork.com/ You have to sign-up to receive their list of hotspots but they say that they don't sell their mailing lists and I haven't seen an increase in spam. After you sign up the send you the list in numerous formats MS Excel, .CSV, XML, etc. The list has 2720 hotspots and numerous airports.
