Try:

  x >Valid=Yes                   x
  x  Dst Port #=2023             x
  x  Protocol=TCP                x
  x  Loc Port #=23               x
  x  Loc Adrs=192.168.2.254      x

Using Dst Port 2023 (etc..) works ok for me using b.p75 5.1Ap6.

Now use:    telnet <public.P75.address> 2023
