(ASCEND) Which v.90 code to install?

Ok, I'm stupid.

I've decided to move my Max's to v.90 but in the
ftp://ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/Max/Release-6.1.X/6.1.3/
directory there are two files:

ftik.m40
rtik.m40

Which is it?  My previous upgrades were tik.m40
