(ASCEND) VPN on P50?

	One of our developers is moving to Utah, and we want to
allow him access to our LAN.  We have a number of Ascend P50 routers
w/ ISDN.  I understand that Ascend has "ATMP", but that I need a
"hash code" for it.  What is a "hash code"?  Does it cost extra?
We are currently running 4.6B on our P50s.  Do I need to upgrade
to 5.0?  How can I get the manuals that describe ATMP?
