I've had the same problem on the TNT's, Here the Reference Info :
TR 2894 TNT Does not receive Data Analog PPP sessions, Client and TNT
modems are still connected,
I've had this issue open for for about 5 weeks, And there still hasn't
been much updates from Ascend on this issue, It seems as if it's
the modems going into a massive retrain, From what I have seen it looks
as if V.90 addresses a large amount of this problem.
