Just for further explanation:
Ascend once had the Pipeline 400/BRI with 4 BRI ports. They then EOLed
the P400 and introduced the Max1800, which has one big drawback: it is
too expensive if you _know_ you need only 2 to a max of 4 BRIs. The
Max200+ tried to fill this gap, but it *censored* (and is now EOLed either).
After already supplying "reduced" Mx4k configurations for reduced prizes,
it was a logical and welcomed step by Ascend to provide a "Mx14k", for a
reasonable lower prize than the 18k. We missed a _reliable_ (at least per
definition of reliable of the normal Max line ;) 4-BRI box since EOL of
the P400.
Did sales already come out with a prizing imagination ? Relative to the
18k ?
