(ASCEND) Wan Pools Leak cause...

 Seems as if I have found the reason for the Pool leaks in 6.1, I had a
couple of ISDN users that would call in and tear the call down right away,
>From my observation of watching the addrpool debug and his calls coming in
and disconnecting, I never saw his address get turned back into the pool. 

So this should be something to keep you eye on. This should of easily been
found in some sort of regression testing, I'm guessing dates of release
are more important than quality again.
