(ASCEND) P75 Caller ID Length

[see_sig_golfing@iname.com]

Whenever I receive calls from out of my LATA on my POTs port the number
captured in the system log truncates the upper digit of the area code.
E.g., a number such as 123-555-1212 shows up as 235551212. Is this a
function of the P75 or my GTE telco DMS switch?
