in my syslog loggings I have a loto of entries like the following:

Jun 13 16:49:52 obimax01 Backoff Q full, discarding user 
OBIPIPE320-out[264346416]
Jun 13 16:49:55 obimax01 Backoff Q full, discarding user
OBIPIPE321-out[264346418]

Does anybody know what this message mean? Is anything going wrong?
