(ASCEND) Max 4048 Disconnects after about 2 seconds
I have 3 Max 4048's running 7.0.4 Code (we just recently upgrade to that
code) to try to fix the following problem.
They are configured using two PRI's each. It seems when we get any kind of
volume (about 1/3 to 1/2 full) of calls the max's will diconnect and tell
the client to reconnect. When telneted into the box we see normal activity
and then the Lan Security error message flashes. Customer is disconnected,
these are customers in good standing radius passwords and user names are
correct. They will try back over and over with the same result. After some
time they will get connected. We checked the IP pool and we actual have 5
more IPs than needed. (We use Vircom radius)
We could use any help you guys can muster can muster. These boxes have been
in use for about 3 months and out customer started complaining about that
problem 2 months ago.
