(ASCEND) Not able to logon using Hayes Modem

Hi Everybody,
A particular client with Hayes Accura 336 Message External Modem is not able 
to logon on to MaxTNT.
Due to security reasons we have disabled Terminal server on TNT, all 
customers are able to login except this client. Temporarily, we enabled the 
Terminal Server and asked the client to logon using the Terminal server and 
he was able to log on successfully. But as we don’t want the Terminal Server 
to be enabled so user is not able to log on and use our services.

Following is the log output for that user when he tries to logon when 
Terminal server is disabled on TNT

Is this problem related to Hayes Modem or something else, have anyone 
encountered the same problem and what could be the possible solution for it.
