(ASCEND) DSLPipe-HST Question

Hi all, I've been trying to get this information from Lucent/Ascend sales
reps, but no one seems to want to reply to my mail, so hopefully someone
here can confirm something for me?

Will the DSLPipe-HST connect to another DSLPipe-HST over regular a LDDS
circuit?  For example, can I use this equipment on both ends (local and
remote) to enable a SDSL connection or does the DSLPipe-HST have to connect
to a different piece of equipment on the host end?  I'm assuming the first
case since it is symmetrical, but just wanted to confirm with someone that
was actually using it.
