Subject: Re: (ASCEND) Novell user has to dial up twice
I am also seening this issue in our location as well. It appears
to
have started as some departments migrate to Netware 4.0 and use
the
Netware Client instead of the Microsoft client.
We are bridging IPX using Pipelines and MAX4k/6K.
It looks like a timing issue with the client as the ISDN line is
brought up. Logging while the line is active occurs normally.
Anyone else with input on this would be appreciated.

Anybody seent this before...its up to me to disprove its a RAS issue.
Netware 3.1 sp 1....
the user can dial and connect to the network....the user is not
prompted to login...when starting the novell login, the error is "no
tree or server is found"
the user disconnects and reconnects to the MAX, and the logon prompt
for novell shows up...and works....
anybody seen this?
Please let me know...thanks
