If the T1 is linking the two TNT's and each TNT also has iis own PRI/T! circuit(s)
for other cusotmers, the problem may be INTER-T1 timing which the telco would not
see. Check which T1/PRI is being used as the master clock source on each TNT.
However, a clocking problem would show itself as a cyclical problem, so traffic
would flow ok, except for some errors every X seconds.
Your report of "...when data runs..." indicates a line encoding problem, not
clocking. The T1 build between the two units has to have ALL its settings correct
and if not can cause problems. It is fairly common to have this problem - most
often on installation, but it can happen if a tech swaps line cards in a
maintenance without properly setting the link. Voice calls are not as impacted and
can sometimes tolorate this, but data is corrupted..
