(ASCEND) Thanks Lucent - Max 6000 replacement

The day after I ranted on this list about how the Ascend/Lucent tech
support/RMA department rots.... they came through with a brand new Max 6000
on my loading dock.

I don't know if the RMA finally worked or someone at Lucent who cares is
reading this list but thanks.

It looks like my year of being stuck with a lousy rebooter is over.

The new unit has Lucent where Ascend used to be and came loaded with TAOS
7.4.5.  I just checked the ftp site and 7.2.3 is still the latest for
download.
 
And just when I was getting comfortable with 7.2.3.  :-)
