"Channelized T1" usually refers to a T1 line which has channel
bank hardware spliting the 24 channels onto seperate pairs for
cross-connect in the CO frame.  It cannot support ISDN calls.

For ISDN, you must have an ISDN BRI line or a PRI T1 line.
