Mahalo,

I'm pretty sure that Hawaiian Tel has done plenty of ISDN on Maui over the 
years. But anyhow, I'm guessing from the logs that you are configured for 
64K on the Max, yet you are configured for 56K on the Adtran. The two sides 
need to match speeds. So change the Adtran to 64K and see if that works. If 
your telco will only support 56K, you need to change both sides to use 56K.
