ok i use 9 for the E1s, and if i put ALL BRI Ports into ONE Trunk Group,
lets say 4.... how does the ascend know, that connection profile of
Customer A should use the first BRI port, connection Profile of
Customer B should use the second BRI port ?
THAT is the question ! and i have read that dial plans are only for
E1 Ports...

hmmm i expect that a dial-up line can be started from BOTH sides. Since
ISDL is using dial-up technology i WANT to have the possibility to
open the link from both sides...
The current model with trunk groups doesnt fit the needs of the customers.
I can only have 5 trunk groups for 8 BRI ports.... hmmmm that is my problem..
