not sure how it matters, but the only real difference in
my RADIUS entries and yours are the "n" at the end...
and that you are using a /32 address for the remote WAN interface.
if the netblock that this /32 belongs in is the same one
as the ethernet I've seen several people having this same problem.
as an alternate, what would happen if you put this same static route
on another box, another Max or a Cisco if you have one,
and redistribute it to the other routers/NASes?
ie: ip route 207.194.217.192 255.255.255.192 207.194.216.57
