Since 2.0 NT, 2.0.1 UNIX. But it is a bit different.
DEFAULT Auth-Type = System, Group = "groupname"

And you can flat out deny a login with:
DEFAULT Auth-Type = Reject
This is safer than the 'bogus password' scheme that many use - there is
no way to guess a password here. It is rejected, no matter what.
