Just a quick note to give this closure... if you have a 4048 with PRIs,
make sure you have Id Auth in the Answer profile set to Ignore.  It fixed
my CLID problem and some of my ISDN problems.  

Ascend Tech Support said ID Auth for PRI hasn't been fully implemented
yet.  Thanks to everyone who helped!
