     A mobile user with a laptop using the same PCMCIA ethernet 
     card at home (P/75)  and work(cisco 7000), can not remember
 
     how to change  his  IP Address, subnet mask, and router in 
     Windows 95. I there a utility or menu or something the user

     can run requiring a single key response? DHCP is not an
option.
