(ASCEND) radius stop-only logs?

Hi,
	Does anyone how to make a Max 6K record stop only radius logs??  I
have changed it in the mod config section Allow Stop Only and changed that
to = Yes, restarted the radius server, but still no go, it still records
start and stop records.
