Briefly: in this context, Stop-only stands for "Stop records with no
correspondent Start record"

If you set "Allow Stop-Only" to yes, MAX will use Stop records to report
unsuccessful connections.
Since these connections were aborted, there's no username to show (because
MAX didn't negotiate authentication yet).
