RE: (ASCEND) crashing 6000
Well third day I got my call back - or rather my assistant did, and the
woman drove him to homocide because she wouldnt listen to what we already
did to trouble shoot, and he didnt want to play config games with her
since it could be a good hour's wait for the reboot (and the user
disruptions that go with it) and therefore a good 2 days more of waiting
for her to call back! So he did get an RMA out of her finally, and I
think went home and kicked his dog.
