(ASCEND) 6000 conclusion
in case anyone is curious - 2 days after I called, an engineer called
back, gave my guy a hard time saying she knew a work around for a bad
power supply.
She eventually RMA'd - the box arrived without 56k modem cards, and
without IP routing enabled - which took their PAID support line over an
hour to figure out.
Im checking out pricing for Assured Access :)
