Hi

I have a newly installed MAX 6000 (7.0.3) and am seeing the exact same
problem and have had to refund clients connection fees as they just can not
get connected, same messages as below, my radius has one differeence it
shows c=47 not 45 as below. 

It has only 1 x 16 56k modem card and 1 pri with 20 lines active so
resources should not be  a problem but the non-connections are.. Any ideas
would be welcome.
