Running into this intermittently is usually from having TCP/IP and
IPX/NetBEUI/Both loaded and having DUN trying to negotiate the
wrong protocol first. Have the customer make sure that Dial-Up
Adapter and TCP/IP is the only thing in the Network applet (unless they
have a LAN, or some other reason to have IPX).
