RE: (ASCEND) Backoff Q full, discarding user



Gent,

This message is sometimes seen when you turn on "call-logging" on the MAX to
point at NavisAccess, but do not have the NavisAccess machine turned on (or
the MAX cannot reach it for whatever reason). The MAX is waiting for Navis
to acknowledge the call-logging packets, and when they don't get ack'd they
queue up.

Check your call-logging settings on that MAX, or turn your NavisAccess
machine back on. (ALso, if the Navis box is running, you have to make sure
the call-logging secrets on the MAX and Navis match up properly.)
