This problem comes from your radius server. If your MAX can not
send accounting packets to your radius server (in fact if it can not get
acknowledge from your radius server) it stores them in a queue. When it
is full, all accounting information in queque is lost. To avoid this, your
accounting server (radius) must send accounting ack to max. But this
differs from NAS to NAS. For example, trying ascend radius (latest
version) on a MAX is ok but same radius does not work on my TNT. Anway
you may try to change accounting settings (the retry paremeter) to send
accounting information only once. So backup queue does not become full.
