(ASCEND) Who to disconnect a user on a TNT from a remote system ?

Hi,

we have a reproduceable problem with a TNT. If the users starts
to log in via SSH to his office and then he starts a Citrix
Session the PPP Session dies !!!
The user is still visible with the users command, but no data
transmission is possible. If we kill the Session with users -k <id>
the line comes up again and it works.
It seems to be a bug in the PPP stack since the problems didnt
occur with a MAX System or when using a Pipeline.
Ascend has just a ticket open, but in the meantime i would like
to ask, if anybody knows, how to get a list of the current users
in the TNT to get them killed out  of the TNT.

Is it possible to run commands via remote shell (like cisco) ?
