RE: (ASCEND) PRI Issues
Kenny, Run the adhoc Account Disconnect report. Select the device and time
range when the event happened. What progress and disconnect codes are you
seeing? They will point you in the right direction.

Subject: (ASCEND) PRI Issues
Occasionally when I log on to a TNT I'll leave the 'status' window up as I
perform random maintenance. I've seen on several occasions where multiple
PRIs (with a good deal of busy DS0s) simply free up the entire span. I
don't know if this could be a problem with the telco switch the TNT
interfaces to or if it could be a TNT issue.
I get frequent alarms from Navis Access indicating a large increase in
dropped calls with abnormal disconnect codes. Could this be the reason why?
Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior before?
