RE: (ASCEND) Re: DSLPipe & Firewalling
Hi!
Thanks for answer. Another question is: is it enough just to add new rules
to config file and upload it to ASCEND DSLPipe ? Below is a small quote from
the current config file; settings I'm going to add marked with asterisks (I
took it from the FAQ as a sample):
/deleted/
START=FILT=200=0
Name=IP Call
In filter 01...Valid=Yes
Out filter 01...Valid=Yes
Out filter 01...Generic...Forward=Yes
Out filter 01...Ip...Forward=Yes
Out filter 01...Ipx...Forward=Yes
END=FILT=200=0
***
START=FILT=200=3
Name=Firewalling
In filter 01...Valid=Yes
In filter 01...Type=IP
In filter 01...Generic...Forward=Yes
In filter 01...Ip...Forward=Yes
In filter 01...Ip...Protocol=6
In filter 01...Ip...Dst Port Cmp=Eql
In filter 01...Ip...Dst Port #=20
In filter 02...Valid=Yes
In filter 02...Type=IP
In filter 02...Generic...Forward=Yes
In filter 02...Ip...Forward=Yes
In filter 02...Ip...Protocol=6
In filter 02...Ip...Dst Port Cmp=Eql
In filter 02...Ip...Dst Port #=21
(and so on)

Thanks in advance.
Sincerely yours,
Ilia
