(ASCEND) IP addr sent to loghost & radius

Hi all,

I have a couple remote maxen in a multi-homed setup. The IP address I see in
syslog and radius records is the local address of the serial WAN or ethernet
connection to the respective ISP.  Since these addresses are in the ISP's
DNS and not mine, I can't give them names consistent with my network.

As a rule, what address does the Max send, and can I get it to send the
Max's LAN address instead?
