(ASCEND) max losing ethernet?

Hi,
	Has anyone seen this happen on a Max 6k?  Just saw it happen then,
the max is plugged into a 10 megabit port on a Cisco catalyst switch, we
have another max plugged into the 100 meg port and thats fine.  What would
be causing this to happen, every now and again?
