(ASCEND) Disconnect Cause 185

I know what the description of the Disconnect Cause 185 is,
but I don't really understand what causes it.  I have several
users that dialup, connect (usually at VERY good 56k rates) and
then get dropped after about 45-60 seconds.  They are always
dropped with the 185 code.

I'm running a MAX TNT with version 7.0.4.  Any help is
greatly appreciated.
