I wanted to try to respond to your post because, while you seem to 
have inadvertently excited a lot of people on the list, none actually 
answered your question. I say "try", because I have not done what you 
want to do, although it should be trivial.

The way I see it, you have three possibilities:

1. Multilink Frame Relay. I'd suggest this method. It really isn't 
hard to set up FR, and MLFR is only slightly more complex.
2. MPP. You could try using MPP to bond the lines.
3. Nailed groups. You could set all the SDSL lines you want to bond 
to the same nailed group and just use PPP. I have no idea if this 
works or not, but it's sure easy to try.

(For those who speculated, the TNT's SDSL card does up to 2.3 mbps, 
which means that Marc can connect some serious bandwidth between his 
TNTs for very, very little money. We should all be so lucky.)
