(ASCEND) Max6000 & Alltel CT1 ESF/B8ZS doesn't work

My Alltel CT1's ESF/B8ZS works fine on Max 4048's but does not work on
Max 6000's.  I've tried with TAOS 8.0.1 and 7.2.0, but neither works.  I
get a YA......... on the status window.  

The Alltel D4/AMI's work fine on both 4048's and 6000's.
The SWBell ESF/B8ZS work fine on both 4048's and 6000's.
The Alltel ESF/B8ZS works ONLY on 4048's. NOT 6000's

Can anyone help?
