We are getting the following from one card in a max 6000

MODEMDRV-3/0: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/1: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/2: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/3: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/4: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/5: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/6: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/7: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/8: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/9: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/10: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/11: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/12: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/13: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/14: _postTask: expected response not received
MODEMDRV-3/15: _postTask: expected response not received

What causes this? Do I need to send the card back (I think this is the
case)?

If I reset the box it works for a while then this happens again?

Just checking before I go through the hassles of getting it out and sending
it back.
