Rahul,

Reboot of the Max usually log a cause of the reset in the Fatal Log in the 
diagnostic mode. I think only solutions for you is to report this errors to 
Lucent/Ascend TAC, because only their engineering resources are able to help 
you to resolve this.

And I hope they are still responding even if one has no contract!
