(ASCEND) Disconnects on the TNT

We are having many complaints about unwanted disconnects on our TNT.  The
disconnect cause code is 11.  Does anybody have any ideas as to what the
cause might be?  We are getting killed with customers calling in about the
drops.  We are at software release 7.0.4.
