New TCLUG mailing list: tclug-devel

There is a new TCLUG mailing list. Both members are non-members are welcome.

Name: tclug-devel

The list will be forum for discussing development issues under linux. All
languages are welcome, all problems are welcome.

I have a feeling this list will cater to development for web-based
applications, but it's open to all projects.
