I detect a bit of sarcasm here.  I'm getting my Internet service through
Sonnek Communications (Pat Sonnek), who in turn gets their service from
Sihope.  Sonnek has been having a lot of problems with their Frame Relay
dropping, and I was wondering if that was a result of Sihope or or the
telephone company.  I know this isn't the most appropriate place to ask,
but I'd be interested to know what your take on Sihope is.

As far as why I don't go to Visi directly -- and I would in a heartbeat --
it is because I would have to pay for the greater rate on my phone line to
reach the Cities w/o having to pay long distance charges.  We're in that
weird "local but not local" Metro calling area.  People from the Cities
can call us w/o a charge, but we can't call the Cities for free unless we
pay a higher monthly phone rate.
