As I just found out earlier, no, there is no longer a COW mailing
list. The main COW developer is Kurt Seigel, <007@freemail.at>.

Looking at the screenshots, It doesn't look like COW anymore.  I think
he's earned the right to call it something else.  Especially if he's
doing a Sheldon and re-hashing ALL the code.  Though I think to him,
COW is synonymous with "client."  He called N1999 a "COW" client.
