Binaries are included in the basepractice server binary distributions.

I have the source, but promised Tedd not to give it away.
Reading the copyright, the code is free like all the other Netrek source.

So if Tedd is not available anymore, we might declare the robot
code as public netrek knowledge and give it away, at least to
developers.

Any other suggestions?
