I don't know what the decrypt key is, so I can't test it.  I have an
unencrypted copy of it that I modified to work properly with Vanilla 2.9
source.  Once I get it compatible with GMP 2.0 (need to look at what Kurt
did to his rsa source), I will put a new version of it at ftp.netrek.org
and forward the crypt key to Carlos (or whoever is in charge of holding
the key).
