No, this is what I pointed out in one of my earlier messages.  By default,
the Vanilla server is setup to use rsa_util.c, not rsa_utilmp.c.  In the
U.S. version of RES-RSA, rsa_util.c has custom math functions that do not
use MP or GMP.  In the European version of PGP-RSA, rsa_util.c uses MP and
GMP, and there is no file called rsa_utilmp.c.
